Big-hat hatpins

Grapes hat. Marked as "sterling front." Rod 11". The backer is separately attached, making this nicely dimensional.
Brassy boater: That is a lovely little bow at the back, and the ribbon going around the brim is textured. Diameter 1 3/4". Rod 9".

So, maybe this is none of the above, and just a model of a nice ladies' straw hat to shield her from the sun.
